Dedicated support team

Our team is on-hand to ensure that your transfer is as fast and efficient as possible, plus you can track the progress of your transfer online. We will not charge you for electronic transfers in (or transfers out again), although you should check whether your existing provider levies any transfer charges before transferring.

How do I get started?

Log in to your secure account and go the 'Payments / transfers' menu. We will ask you which account type you are moving from (eg: an ISA) and then you just need to add a few details securely online and we can take care of the process for you.

Alternatively, you can simply print off and complete the paper form and we’ll take care of the transfer.

Transfer-In Forms

It's important you know that during the transfer process there may be a period of time when you'll be unable to sell your assets, how long this takes will depend on how complex the transfer is. However, we have a dedicated team who will ensure that your transfer is as fast and efficient as possible and you'll receive regular updates throughout the process.

If you’re unsure about whether or not transferring is right for you, you should speak to an independent financial advisor.

Investors should be aware that with self-select products or services the value of investments can fall as well as rise unlike cash investments. You may get back less than you invested.

If you're transferring your pension into a TD SIPP it may not always be beneficial to do so. Before you transfer your pension you should familarise yourself with the risks associated with a transfer of this type. Find out more
