Before you transfer or deposit

It's important you know that during the transfer process there may be a period of time when you'll be unable to sell your assets, how long this takes will depend on how complex the transfer is. However, we have a dedicated team who will ensure that your transfer is as fast and efficient as possible and you'll receive regular updates throughout the process.

If you’re unsure about whether or not transferring is right for you, you should speak to an independent financial advisor.

We offer our services on an execution-only basis with opinions provided by TD or one of our partners in some circumstances on whether to buy a specific investment. Please note that none of the opinions we provide are a personal recommendation, which means we have not assessed your investing knowledge and experience, your financial situation or your investment objectives.

The value of your investments and the income derived from them can go down as well as up, so you may not get back all the money you put in.
