Client Knowledge and Insight
A dynamic, innovative team that supports the central marketing function within the TD Wealth International, through leading-edge analytical and modeling work. The Client Knowledge and Insight team develops statistical models, data mining, research programs, analytical techniques, and segmentation methodologies to solve a wide array of business problems, including how to drive acquisition, migration and retention strategies for TD Wealth International, across all product areas. The Team also works closely with partners in the central Client Knowledge and Innovation team in Canada to leverage their expertise and resource where required.

Job Description
The successful candidate will be a key part of a dynamic, innovative team that provides campaign reporting, client analytics and research in support of the central marketing function within TD Wealth International.

The Manager Campaign Analytics will also be required to support ongoing Net Promoter and ad hoc Marketing Research programs as and when required.

The Manager Campaign Analytics will work closely with marketing partners in the understanding and interpretation of campaign performance, in order to enhance marketing strategies, and realize business objectives. You will also work closely with partners in the central Client Knowledge and Innovation team in Canada to leverage their expertise and resource where required.

As Manager Campaign Analytics, you will be responsible for providing performance reporting on marketing campaigns and programs, for analysing and interpreting those results, and in providing consultation and recommendations on how to improve efforts. Your role will be used to gain a deeper understanding of the clients, products and product acquisition, and retention strategies. This is a highly technical position requiring advanced analytical skills and substantial interaction within multi-disciplinary teams. The role requires a high level of cross-team interaction, executive level interaction, and in ensuring the required level of analytical and interpretative support is provided to partners.

A successful candidate will have hands-on experience working in the marketing environment, with a strong understanding of reporting, analytics and research and meaningful experience working with partners, in building strong working relationships, and effectively identifying and managing client requirements and expectations.

Job Description
As Associate Manager – Modelling and Targeting, you will be a highly skilled and experienced analyst and modeller, supporting the marketing efforts of TD Wealth International in understanding the client. This role will provide analytical thought leadership and analytical support to Marketing programs for all of our businesses as well as special analytical and enterprise-level projects. You will also provide oversight and leadership to the quality and compliance of all models built across the Client Knowledge and Insight team.

The Associate Manager - Modelling and Targeting will also be required to support ongoing Net Promoter and ad hoc Marketing Research programs as and when required.

A successful candidate will have hands-on experience working in the marketing and analytical environment, with a strong understanding of data mining and analytics, meaningful experience building strong working relationships, and success in effectively identifying and managing client requirements and expectations. Ecommerce
The eCommerce team will take day-to-day responsibility for the management of both the public and secure site platform across the TD Wealth International European sites. The team will be focused on optimization of the user experience, and continuously work in partnership with the online marketing and other business stakeholders to merchandise the content on the public and secure sites in order to optimize sales, conversion and growth. This team will work closely with the Search agency and the online marketing team to implement SEO strategies and track the effectiveness of those programs/campaigns. They will also use this understanding to help develop and optimize site search and online content and governance.

Role overview
